Add Olotalk to Kajabi

Kajabi lets you add scripts to every page of your site from its Page Scripts setting.

You’ll need your Assistant ID (ast_oltk_…) from your assistant’s Install step. New here? Start with the Quick start.

Install via Page Scripts

In Kajabi, open Settings, then Site Details, and scroll to Page Scripts. Paste the loader into the Footer scripts field:

<script
  src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/@olotalk/assistant-loader@0/dist/loader.iife.js"
  data-olotalk-assistant-id="YOUR_ASSISTANT_ID"
  async
></script>
<html>
<head> … </head>
<body>
… your page …
target<script src="…/loader.iife.js" data-olotalk-assistant-id="…" async></script>
</body>
</html>
Paste the snippet into Settings → Site Details → Page Scripts → Footer. Wherever a platform puts it, the goal is the same: it loads just before the closing body tag.

Save to apply it to your website pages, landing pages and sales pages.

Paste it into Page Scripts, not into a Custom Code block on one page. A block places the snippet inside that page section only, and the launcher may not appear or may be clipped.

Allow your domain

Add your live domain under your assistant’s Install domains. Kajabi’s default domain is *.mykajabi.com (e.g. yourname.mykajabi.com), add that too if visitors reach your site there.

Verify

Open your live site and look for the chat launcher in the bottom-right. Then check your dashboard: the Install step’s Install status card shows Seen on yourdomain.com once the snippet loads, with a one-click fix if the domain isn’t allowed yet. Nothing there? See Troubleshooting.
